We design to take advantage of our natural environment. Orientation of the building is the first and foremost consideration to be able to capture the sun for heating in winter, harness the direction of the cool breeze for summer and maximize natural lighting.
Passive solar design principles are applied to all our structures to maximize the energy efficiency of the building thereby reducing the use of heating and cooling appliances. We also design to bring the outdoors, indoors and bring the indoors, outdoors to nurture relationship of the landscape and the beauty of nature in the natural environment and yet maintaining privacy. We aim to create a lifestyle of natural comfort in our built environment.
We design to each site’s unique topography, terrain, climate and wind region thereby creating a unique, individual, energy-efficient and fine design building that is a true benchmark of the client’s vision and needs.
